Roles & Permissions
Who can do what — every Katekile role, its menu, its permissions and its approval rights.
Access in Katekile ERP is role-based. Each person is given one (sometimes more) Katekile role. The role decides:
- Which menus you see in the left sidebar.
- What you can do with each document type — read, create, edit, submit, cancel.
- Which approval actions you get in the Quotation, Customer and Supplier workflows.
- Who gets emailed when a document needs action.
