Sales Manager

Role name in the system: Katekile Sales Manager

Owns the sales pipeline and is the approver for every Quotation. A Quotation can only be approved, rejected, sent back, marked Lost or cancelled by the Sales Manager named on that quotation in the Sales Manager field.

Typical tasks

• Approve, reject or send back Quotations assigned to you
• Mark approved quotations as Lost, or cancel them with a reason
• Create and submit Sales Orders
• Manage Leads, Prospects, Opportunities, Contacts and Campaigns
• Create Customers and send them for KYC verification
• Monitor the Sales, Quotations, CRM, Leads & Pipeline, Customer Analysis and Executive Summary dashboards
