Finance & Accounting
Sales and purchase invoicing, payments, reconciliation, journals, FX revaluation, budgets, the chart of accounts and financial reporting across the four companies.
Finance work is normally split between the Finance User, who prepares documents, and the Finance Manager, who reviews them. The permissions allow both roles to post invoices and payments, so agree internally who submits what (for example: Finance User submits payments, Finance Manager submits invoices).
